Our Front Desk is manned 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Rooms are available to check in from 2pm and check out is 12pm.

We have ample onsite parking which is complimentary.

Our JIN Restaurant is open from 6.30 - 9.30pm, Tuesday-Saturday

No, the law within the UK prevents smoking within all hotel rooms.

We do not have a cash machine, the nearest cash machine is across the road at the New Mersey Shopping Park.

Asda Garston is located one and a half miles away.

There is a Boots pharmacy over the road in the New Mersey Shopping Park.
Bookings and our Rooms
Can I turn up at the hotel without a booking?
We would always advise you to make an advanced reservation to guarantee a room is available at the hotel however we do accept bookings make at the desk on the day and photo ID must be provided.
Do you have accessible room types?
We have six accessible rooms with ensuite bathroom with bath and handrails as well as an emergency pull cord.
I have no disability. Can I still book a Wheelchair accessible room?
Yes, however we would always advise to select an alternative room type where available to leave these facilities available for those who require this room type.
What is a family room?
Our Family Rooms contain two double beds and are suitable and priced for two adults and two children.
